As a Technical Account Manager, you will oversee thriving customer relationships as the customer’s guide to achieving exceptional security. You will serve as the customer’s trusted security advisor and function as an extension of their team, imparting technical and security guidance and best practices. You will learn to be the customer’s chief navigator, charting a path towards security maturity, mapping its journey and architecting a resilient posture. Further, as a customer advocate, your intimate knowledge and understanding of our customers will help shape the development of our cutting-edge technology and service. This role, while remote, is based around ActZero’s Seattle office.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will …

  • Oversee and maintain thriving customer relationships and handle escalations
  • Be the trusted technical security adviser to our customers, guiding them to achieve exceptional security
  • Facilitate customer onboarding; Architecting customer success plans and ensuring their achievement
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are met
  • Assist our product development team to customize product requirements for customers based on service and product feedback
  • Develop collateral and documentation for internal and external use and consumption

We’d like to speak to you if you …

  • Have 5+ years in a technical customer facing role or 2.5 years in a technical customer facing role in the cybersecurity industry
  • Are a customer focused, data-driven, and process oriented professional with Windows systems administration experience
  • Bring a track record of success within a technical customer facing role
  • You work well in a fast-paced environment and face unique obstacles with positivity and integrity
  • You are committed to both professional development and business growth in a rapidly expanding market
  • Have the ability to deal with ambiguity, communicate well with partner teams, and a compassionate understanding of the customer experience
